With summer temperatures beginning to rise, facility operators must take a proactive approach to maintaining the quality and performance of their building’s HVAC cooling systems. Most large HVAC systems rely on mechanical cooling, typically in the form of either a chilled water system or a closed-loop direct expansion (DX) system.
