We received this call from Stockholm, N.J....The customer was extremely unsteady and nervous with their bathroom setup. Making matters worse was having to step over the tub to enter. The solution was to install grab bars and blocking. We know that it is difficult to get excited about these things sometimes, but when it comes to installing these in someone's home we get extremely excited. Helping someone to age in place safely gives us great satisfaction.

9 out of 10 of those age 65 and older want to age in place, meaning in their own home. The question we really need to answer is, if that is the case, then why are only 10% of homes actually equipped to be able to handle that?

Install of the Week :)

Some stairs are tighter than others and that is when the Access BDD Flow-X with Reverse Travel is needed.

Here our client was told by several other stairlift companies that nothing would fit into their narrow 28” wide stairs at the pinch-point between the post and wall at the turn. As you can see, not only did we get a perfect fit (shout out to Eddie & Albert), we did so with elegance matching the rail and seat color to their color scheme.
