Project changes happen. The key is having the right team in place when they do.

A food and beverage facility had already secured a permit with Braun Intertec’s help when it became clear the proposed manufacturing process needed to change. The revised process required much larger equipment, which changed the site’s emissions and triggered the need for a higher tier air permit and air dispersion modeling.

Braun Intertec stepped back in, re-evaluated the emissions impact, prepared the updated permit application and modeling, and helped the client move forward. The permit was public noticed and issued without comment, and the construction schedule stayed on track.

What happens after coring, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) testing on a roadway that is a candidate for CIR or SFDR?

It moves into the lab. Because recycling is not one size fits all, we use a mix design process to evaluate your roadway materials, prepare specimens at multiple emulsion contents, complete lab testing for strength and stability, and recommend the most cost-effective stabilizer percentage that meets design requirements.

This step helps reduce uncertainty before construction and supports long term pavement performance with a recommendation backed by testing, not assumptions.
