Part-Time Welder / Fabricator

Elwood’s Mobile Welding LLC – Central Ohio

Elwood’s Mobile Welding is looking for a part-time welder/fabricator to help with shop projects and occasional field work.
We build real projects for real customers — handrails, repairs, equipment parts, brackets, and CNC plasma work.
This is a hands-on fabrication environment. If you enjoy building things and solving problems with steel, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
• MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Fabricating parts from drawings or shop sketches
• Grinding, fitting, layout, and material prep
• Operating or assisting with a CNC plasma table
• Helping build custom projects and repair work
• Occasional field installs
What I'm Looking For
• 2+ years welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings
• Comfortable with grinders, saws, layout tools, and shop equipment
• Someone who shows up on time and takes pride in their work
Experience with CNC plasma or CAD software is a big plus.
Pay
Pay depends on experience and ability.
Schedule
Part-time with flexible hours
Shop located in Central Ohio

It was a neat experience. I had an opportunity to talk with Will. He plays a really good bad guy in the movies, but an absolute kind person to talk with.

Meet Jeff.
