We needed to build a bumper for a 4th gen and figured we would make one for our shop runner as well and here it be! Now seeing it on there it’s time to build some more armor for the 4th gen!

I figure it’s been a while since we’ve posted consistently so here’s the reason why. This is our first food truck build and it was huge! This started life as an enclosed 20’ trailer. We cut 8’ off the rear and made that an open deck. Enclosed is 2 fridges, water tank, sinks, water heater, control panels, 12v and 120v wiring. We custom built all the cabinets and finished interior. We also installed the exterior wrap, built custom railing and built a custom dual pellet smoker. This really showcases the range of our fabrication shop. We don’t only build off-road trucks we can do most anything you can dream up. You’ll be able to check this trailer out and Gus's Smokin' Hot Chicken amazing chicken around Columbus at all your major food truck spots this spring and summer!

Only a few months behind schedule but we will have the shop fully insulated for the winter! Might have went a little overboard on the insulation but at least we’ll be nice a toasty all winter! Adding pallet racking in the back for a lot more storage now so we can get more organized! Big things coming this winter!

Hey guys I’ve been making a few things in between some big jobs and figured I’d throw this new collapsible fire pit out and see if anyone is interested. This is a Barxbuilt branded one but I can design one with your logo in it. 80$ w/o the cooking grate, 100$ w/ grate. For custom orders it’s 130$ w/o grate, 150$ w/ grate. Shipping is roughly 25$ or you can pick them up in the shop.

Hey everyone we are selling our hauling setup if anyone is in the market. 99 dodge ram 3500, 5speed, 183k miles, 2wd, ARP head studs, bigger injectors, straight pipe exhaust, fully sound deadened inside, nice sound system with CarPlay, new tires, 12k wireless winch mounted under the bed, gooseneck. Drove 1900 miles with a trailer to Florida and back.

It’s been a few years with the plasma table and I haven’t cleaned out the water table at all. Close to 20000 pierces on the original slats and about 200 lb of slag and metal in the water table and we are officially cleaned out! Cut some new slats with tips on them instead of flat to hopefully have some cleaner cuts. What a way to spend your day off!
