🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• CNC machining experience (preferred, but not required — we will train the right person!)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (or willingness to learn)
• Knowledge of G-code and basic programming (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset
