🔋🚘 Another Nissan Leaf high voltage battery fault repaired - This time on the larger 62kWh battery pack.

The driver of this vehicle was experiencing erratic charge and range readings whilst driving. After some diagnostics, 4 module blocks within the high voltage battery were found to contain degraded cells and needed replacing.

👨🏻‍🏫🔧 We're pleased to be supporting Suffolk New College!

In partnership with Whip Street Motors LTD, we've provided a selection of Automotive Hybrid Batteries, along with Inverters, Charge Modules and a Drive Motor - All removed from accident damaged and end of life vehicles.

These will assist their students on the Vehicle Repair & Maintenance courses understand Hybrid and Electric Drivetrains, and enable physical demonstrations.

⚙️✖️ Another Renault Zoe motor replacement completed.

The old motor is audibly bad, and required bearings or a complete motor. Luckily, we had a suitable replacement motor on the shelf - tested and ready to fit. This turned out to be the most cost effective option for the customer on this occasion.

We've recently carried out a high voltage battery repair to this Nissan Leaf for VAN55 and the Port of Harwich. This Leaf needed a cell module replaced due to swelling. Repaired and back to service on the port.
