We're looking for a motivated and professional HGV Bulk Driver to join our transport team in Masham, North Yorkshire.

This is a full-time role delivering bulk feed and agricultural products to farms across Yorkshire. The role includes:
✅ Delivering bulk feed to farms across Yorkshire
✅ Completing deliveries safely and efficiently
✅ Carrying out daily vehicle checks
✅ Maintaining high standards of vehicle care
✅ Representing W.E. Jameson professionally while on the road

A valid HGV licence and Driver CPC are required. Experience of agricultural or feed deliveries would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Lameness – Is It Costing Your Flock More Than You Think?

Lameness is one of the most significant health and welfare challenges facing the UK sheep industry, but the hidden cost to flock performance is often underestimated.

Reduced fertility, poorer lamb growth, increased labour and treatment costs and higher culling rates can all add up to a considerable financial burden.

Before tupping, a planned lameness control programme can help improve ewe performance, ram fertility, lamb growth and overall flock productivity.

The AHDB Five Point Plan focuses on:

✅ Treat
✅ Avoid
✅ Quarantine
✅ Vaccinate

🚧 ACCESS UPDATE – WESTHOLME ROAD 🚧

Please be aware that Yorkshire Water are carrying out emergency works on Westholme Road today, which means access to Jamesons via Fearby Road is currently closed.

We are still open and accessible as normal. You can reach us via Red Lane - the road that runs past Masham Fire Station and Theakston Brewery.

⚠️ Please ignore the road closure signage on this route if you are coming to Jamesons – access to us is still available.

However, please take extra care, as there will be artics, tractors and trailers travelling in both directions, so the road may be busier than usual.

We have spoken to Yorkshire Water and they currently expect the emergency works to last for today only.

Thank you for bearing with us, and please take care when travelling to and from the site.
