From no electrics, axles locked up solid with cardan shafts uj’s brocken, to rewired, rebuilt axles with new track rods and ball joints, hub pivot bearings and bushes and a full service ready for many more years action!

Hanix digger repairs. New fuel lift pump, after it failed and cut out. Then a new starter and battery as they had failed and would only give 2 or 3 revolutions of the engine before failing.

All back up and running to get the fence posts in the ground!

Brand new trumpet housing, lift arm and sway arm for this little claas arion 410 after and accident resulted in the casting and arm getting smashed off and the sway arm pulled apart.
Along with a new door and 1000hr service while we were on!

Back ready to keep the farm moving.

The powerful Puma 180, unfortunately was filling its sump with diesel, the high pressure pump had failed internally and shoved the seals out, we don’t know how it was still running!
And while it was here, fixed the front suspension being stuck on the bump stops and calibrated it and greased round!

Serviced, greased round, tub liner wear kit made, 6mm thick fitted 16” deep round the bottom of the tub, 2 brand new augers, any blades worn back more than 5mm from new replaced and the paint repaired from welding.

Not as show room clean as the customer had 3 months work out of it to make sure it did his job and got the maximum wear out of the old metal and blades!

A monumental saving over a brand new machine, which we also offer too!

New front axle cardan shafts to the hubs, so scored they wouldn’t re-seal, new crown wheel bolts in the rear diff, they were found in the oil while servicing, a full 1000hr service and grease round, and repair the bucket!

Ready for more hard work!
