Toby Heath and Harry Smith attended Cereals, The Arable Event today.

This year it is located at Diddly Squat Farm, Chipping Norton. Toby and Harry enjoyed catching up with past development partners and forming new connections.

Thrilled to share that The JPP Group was awarded David Wilson Homes Consultant of the Year 2026 at their Charity Day in aid of The Air Ambulance Service on Friday. Associate Director Khai Tran and Associates Harry Smith and Paul Wills attended the event and accepted this fantastic award from Ben Kalus, DWH South Midlands Managing Director and Colin Radford, DWH South Midlands Technical Director.

A huge thank you to David Wilson Homes for this honour and to our incredible colleagues whose hard work made this possible.

Today is World Environment Day and the JPP Group are proud to support our clients and partners to attain sustainable engineering solutions.

As designers we understand how we can contribute towards carbon reduction in the
early stages of a project. We look at how we can reduce carbon in the materials we
specify, the quantum of the materials as well as buildability. We work within the sphere
of BREEAM on many projects where we can be measured on our performance in overall
project suitability for the project lifecycle.

Our Environmental Champions regularly assess ways we can reduce our carbon dependence, they review national and local government policies and look for new initiatives and ideas to encourage and educate staff.

🟢 we recycle plastic, card, paper and food waste in all of our offices
🟢 we reduce waste by working digitally as much as possible
🟢 we reduce energy consumption by switching off devices at the end of each day
🟢 we reduce travel between offices by using high quality inter-office conference calls
🟢 we look for the most energy efficient solutions without compromising capability
🟢 we publish travel plans to encourage model shift

JPP Leamington is taking shape and will be up and running within the next few weeks so we thought now is a good opportunity to introduce you to the team members that will be working there.

Our fantastic Royal Leamington Spa location will be led by Associate Director Khai Tran who has almost 25 years of infrastructure and civil engineering design experience. Khai will be supported by Associate Karl Malik whose expertise spans the development of digital design standards, strategic drainage and highway solutions, and the management of complex project teams and client relationships. Together they form part of our Special Projects team specialising in multi-discipline projects within the business.

Joining them at JPP Leamington is Highways Engineer, Prianna Jhita. Prianna will work collaboratively with our HIghways teams in Kettering and Northampton providing professional highway design and consultancy services for ‘off-site’ highway infrastructure schemes associated with residential and commercial developments.

Both of our teams at JPP Leamington are looking for individuals with ambition and a strong work ethic to develop our business here in this beautiful Regency town.

Client Success - Albright Design Ltd

Our work at the Esso Terminal in Birmingham is not only a fantastic project to share but also an opportunity to celebrate the amazing professionals we get to work with.

On this occasion JPP Associate Adam Kemp and his team had the pleasure of working with Albright Design Ltd providing Structural Engineering Design services, which included assessing the existing pipe trestles to confirm suitability to support existing and new pipework.

Last week, Associate Director Khai Tran, Head of Business Operations Katie Niven, and Engineer Prianna Jhita represented The JPP Group at the University of Warwick Job Opportunities and Careers Fair.
