Our FDS303 UVIR Flame Detector has achieved IEC 61508 SIL 2 certification by Exida.

This has been a major project for our team. A rigorous process covering design, software, validation and functional safety throughout the full lifecycle.

The result is a detector designed to see what others can’t. Detecting hydrocarbon fires beyond the visible spectrum. Delivering high performance with strong immunity to false alarms.

Systematic Capability SC 2 (SIL 2 capable)
SIL 2 @ HFT = 0 via Route 2H
