Project Completion | Dover Heights Luxury Residence

We’re pleased to share the completion of the Dover Heights luxury house refurbishment project!

We were engaged by Horizon to provide Structural Engineering services for the refurbishment of this multi-storey residential property, including a new wellness centre facility, mechanical upgrades throughout the property, waterproofing upgrades, and luxury internal spaces custom designed by Nina Maya Interiors.

This project involved close collaboration with the wider project team to help deliver a high-quality residential outcome with a strong focus on detail, functionality, and premium design.
