What an absolute amazing job the Electromech hvac specialist team did today on this urgent large exhaust fan, they attended site, diagnosed the issue with failed fan bearings and heavily worn transmission, urgent sourced new fan bearings, both fan and motor pulleys, new belts, carried out the complete repair, supplied heavy duty FAG bearings set to correct tolerances, pulleys and belts, laser aligned the belts set the tension to correct tolerances, fitted the guard back and commissioned the unit back all with in 4 hours, the customer was so amazed in how consistent this team is and how Electromech hvac specialist carry’s themselves, the amount of support we have from all our loyal customers is really something, we will continue to strive in the direction that we have always maintained FORWARD, Honest team, Honest company values and most of all quality high end work, well done, a big thanks to all our loyal customers who continue to support our movements, for all your hvac needs you know who to call, we are 24/7 no job to small no job to big,

Electromech was back on the job with another urgent close coupled pump repair, pump/motor was removed for urgent overhaul, pump was pulled down, shaft repair done for mechanical seal seating, new high efficiency motor fitted, pressure tested, returned back to site rigged in and commissioned, well done team for doing such an amazing job, always completed with excellence, anther happy customer and team were straight into another call out, more pics to follow

The Electromech team successfully executed an urgent breakdown repair within hours of receiving the call, involving the removal of the failed Daikin condenser fan unit, urgent procurement of a new fan unit complete with a new motor and balanced fan blade assembly, fitting of a new motor control PCB, reassembly, testing, and commissioning. We are expanding our workload and anticipate undertaking more such projects, ranging from replacements to compressor changes and system regassing. We successfully completed another project, delivering a car park supply fan upgrade. Our team supplied, rigged, and installed a new high-efficiency TECO motor and a newly manufactured balanced fan blade assembly. This job, efficiently carried out by one of Electromech's top teams, was finished within 7-8 hours. The old motor and fan were removed, and new switchgear was installed, wired, and commissioned. The Electromech team continues to excel, solidifying our position as a leading one-stop shop.
