Elmasss (Australia) Pty. is an Australian owned and operated company that specialises in Numeric Controlled (NC) broaching of high precision internal keyways and splines in through holes and blind holes. We work with most materials used in aerospace, defence, general engineering, food processing, medical and chemical applications. This includes special grade stainless steel such as Hastelloy, high

tensile steel, titanium, industrial plastics and other material that arre difficult to machine. We provide a fast turnaround of rarely used splines, hexagons and specially shaped keyways. Our strenght is the cutting of up to 700mm long or thin internal keyways and up to 500mm long splines of exceptional quality, precision and finish. We work to ISO 9002 quality standards. As a complimentary activity we sell and service Elmass broaching machines and broaches.
