Are you in the market for a new Hot Adhesive Melter?
We have designed a melter that is more efficient in its applications. It uses a gear powered pump rather then the conventional Piston Pump.
What is the difference between them? The gear pump runs with gears and isn’t powered by Air Pressure. The Piston Pump has a piston that strokes up and down relying on Air Pressure and at each change of stroke the glue supply is inconsistent. Gear Pumps reduce this. You can also adjust the amount of glue coming out through the Nozzle on a Gear pump where you can’t on a piston pump.
This machine can come in a standard or a Suck Back. The Suck Back feature is a safety feature that kicks in when there is a breach to the parent machine or the parent machine is turned off. The melter will automatically kick into suck back mode which means it slows down and reverses removing the high pressure within the tanks hydraulic circuit.
The machines also come in 2 sizes, a 10kg capacity tank or a 18kg capacity tank.

Hot Adhesive is used in many many ways, if you think this may be something that might be help you in your project ideas or production line contact us for more info!

Let’s Blabber about our Char Grabber!!

What is a char grabber you say? A Char grabber does exactly what you think it does.
It is an inline filter that filters Hot Adhesive prior to dispensing onto your boxes. This reduces your Nozzle blockages which is caused by Char in the Adhesive.

Did you know, the Char Grabber comes in 3 different mesh types? 50, 100 & 200 mesh. The 3 differences in the mesh type are how close the filter holes are together. 100 mesh is the most common, this is used for Nozzles 14 – 20 thou in size. 12 Thou and below 200 Mesh is recommended.
Our Char Grabbers are double meshed to provide added strength to the filter media.

All Char Grabbers are Precision Machined by us and go through an extensive process to assure the quality and performance.

Did you know? You should be changing out your Char Grabber monthly to ensure the quality of your product.

Our Char Grabbers are $16.28 Each, or you can get them in a pack of 5 or 10 for a cheaper price. The Part Number is – 178-565.

But there’s more… we will send you your very own Char Grabber to feel, touch and try for FREE. All you have to do is respond with the address to send it to! Simple!

Clean Nozzles are Happy Nozzles. Get your Char Grabbers today.

If you want to blabber some more about Char Grabbers give us a call!
