A connection plate welded into an I-beam and primed.

It's a small part of the job, but it's where an install either goes smoothly or turns into a fight on site. Hole positions, plate orientation and a clean weld all matter when it's our own crew standing there with the bolts.

Not every job has room for a big crane.

When there's no room for a big crane, the job comes down to planning the lift and having a crew who are comfortable in tight spaces. That's the work our carpenter-led crews take on, and every job is installed by our own people.

1. Square hollow section welded to a base plate
2. Fillet welds where plates meet
3. T-joint weld beads on the bench
4. Column base on the slab
