Fine Control Valve - Overview
This valve comes in a selection of fine-control needles suitable for the gradual opening and closing of gas or liquid flows. Suitable for use with all Platon glass Tube VA flowmeters, the standard FCV is rated at up to 25 bar line pressure. As with all control valves, the FCV is not designed for a total leak-free shut-off.

Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitters - Overview
These high-performance level transmitters measure the level of sump tanks or open-channel flows. These are installed on the tank's roof or above the liquid's surface. The transmitter produces an output signal (analogue or HART® digital) proportional to the liquid level. It has an integrated blind transmitter and is readable and programmable remotely through HART® protocol. There are two mounting options: a 1½" and a 2" process connection. Its 1" threaded neck facilitates suspending it above the medium, a typical water/wastewater application.

Online Biological Oxygen Demand Analyser - Overview
These bio-electrode sensors (BES) allow you to reliably measure and monitor the changing BOD or VFA concentrations in wastewater. IT has a sensor biofilm which is customised to the following applications: wastewater collection networks, influent locations of wastewater treatment facilities, anaerobic selectors for biological nutrient removal, and anaerobic digestion environments. The sensors monitor biological oxidation of organic carbon in wastewater streams by measuring the rate at which in-situ and customised biofilm surfaces consume the available food. A biofilm is established on the sensor after 1-3 days in the wastewater stream. This bio-electric surface then uses the sensor current collector to generate a flow of electrons that is equivalent to the rate of organic carbon oxidation. This flow of electrons is measured and displayed on an online dashboard and updated every minute. Increasing BOD in wastewater will result in increased metabolic activity and sensor signal; acute chemical toxicity or significant dilution of BOD will result in low alert signals and reduce metabolic activity. This results in reliable, real-time insight into biological treatment rates and performance. These microbial, fuel cell-based sensors are robust and are used in the most challenging situations. Very little maintenance or cleaning is required. It highlights microbial activity variations, organic matter degradation, and process upsets, which can guide your operations.

This non-contact radar level transmitter uses 80 GHz FMCW radar. The key advantages of 80 GHz technology are a smaller antenna size, improved focusing capability, and a narrower beam angle. This can be used to measure liquids, bulk solids, emulsions, and chemicals across the water, food, energy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, delivering millimetre-accurate results. This is also well suited for liquids with a gas blanket, vapour-prone substances, and large-particle bulk solids. This includes open-channel flow measurement and has threshold functions to suppress false and interfering echoes. The transmitter can also operate in a vacuum.
