Our team celebrated Halloween with plenty of creativity and laughter during a festive luncheon! Moments like these remind us that a fun work environment is more than a break from the daily routine—it helps build connections, boost morale, and strengthen the sense of community that makes our team great.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to celebrate together and create lasting memories. Here’s to bringing that same energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm into everything we do! 🎃👻

For three decades, Tracy Luther has played an important role in keeping REI moving forward by supporting day-to-day operations, our employees, our community involvement, and so much more. Her dedication, knowledge, and willingness to help have made a lasting impact over the years.

October is Protect Your Hearing Month!

Loud noise is all around us, whether we are mowing the lawn, doing home improvement projects, enjoying live music, wearing headphones, or working in a noisy environment.

This month is a good reminder to be mindful of the sounds around you and take simple steps to protect your hearing. Turn down the volume when you can, give your ears a break, and use hearing protection when loud noise can’t be avoided.

Your hearing is worth protecting today and for years to come.

HIGH – FIVE FOR COMMUNITY AND COMPETITION!

Team REI had a great time taking part in Compete for a Cause hosted by the Emerging Leaders of United Way of Marathon County and walked away with a first-place trophy! There was plenty of friendly (and maybe a little stressful) competition, lots of laughs, and thanks to the Socktober challenge, an opportunity to help stock the Community Closet with new socks.

We are always grateful for opportunities to come together, have some fun, and give back to our community!

GO TEAM REI!

We are looking forward to REI President Jeny Nieuwenhuis Hardel joining local business leaders for an important conversation about AI and emerging technology. Investing in technology and exploring innovative tools is an important part of how REI continues to evolve and better serve our clients. Hope to see you there!

Business and technology leaders from the Wausau area will explore how companies outside Wisconsin’s largest metropolitan areas are putting artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to work during the Tech Council’s Thursday, Oct. 15 luncheon at the WPS Powerhouse in Wausau.
