Karl Kemper was presented with the 2024 Airport Engineer Award at the Wisconsin Airport Management Association (WAMA) Conference held earlier this month in Madison, WI. Karl is the President of Becher-Hoppe Associates and the Project Engineer for numerous airports in Wisconsin. Karl is known for providing the highest level of support and dedication to every project, always keeping the airport's best interest in mind. He is an active pilot and regular user of airports across the state. As one airport summed it up, "Aviation is not just a job... it is his passion."
