In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, employees across NWPX Infrastructure came together last week to wear pink, raise awareness, and support the fight against breast cancer.

Through our NWPX Community Impact Program, we raised $2,500 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, supporting critical research aimed at preventing and curing breast cancer.

Our Wear Pink Day event is an opportunity to encourage conversations about preventive health and early detection, honor those affected by breast cancer, and contribute to research that saves lives.

We recently welcomed another group from the Houston Health Department's Bureau of Consumer Health to our NWPX Park manufacturing facility in Houston, TX.

The Houston Health Department's FOG Program, Food Safety Program and VIP Program plays an important role in protecting Houston's sanitary sewer infrastructure by overseeing permitting, inspections, and compliance for businesses and facilities that generate wastewater containing fats, oils, and greases (FOG).

During the tour, visitors got a firsthand look at how our GreaseTrooper® gravity grease interceptors are manufactured and how pre-engineered systems help businesses effectively capture and contain FOG before wastewater enters the municipal sewer system.

From quality manufacturing and reliable product performance to simplified installation and maintenance, these systems help facilities meet their wastewater pretreatment responsibilities while protecting the integrity of municipal sewer infrastructure and the communities it serves.

Four days. Seven facilities. One NWPX team.

Members of our NWPX Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors recently hit the road last week for a Town Hall Tour, visiting Northwest Pipe Company facilities in Parkersburg, West Virginia; Saginaw, Texas; and San Luis Río Colorado, Mexico; our Permalok plant in St. Louis, Missouri; and NWPX Park facilities in San Antonio, Ferris, and Houston, Texas.

The tour provided an opportunity to see our operations in action, observe lean manufacturing initiatives and quality processes firsthand, and connect directly with the people who make it all happen.

Just as importantly, these visits opened the door for meaningful conversations with plant leadership and employees—hearing their perspectives, recognizing what's working well, and discussing ideas and opportunities for continued improvement.

From one facility to the next, the dedication and expertise on display reflected the values that unite us as NWPX: Accountability, Commitment, and Teamwork. Every operation plays an important role in delivering the quality, reliability, and service our customers depend on, and every employee contributes to our collective success.

Oil, hydrocarbons, sand, and sediment can create significant challenges for wastewater collection systems. Effective pretreatment helps keep these contaminants out of downstream infrastructure.

The NWPX Park OilTrooper® oil-water separator (also known as a sand-oil separator) is a below-grade wastewater pretreatment system designed to separate and retain these pollutants before discharge into the sewer system.

OilTrooper uses a patented, enhanced separation design featuring a multi-compartment basin where heavier solids settle to the bottom while oil and hydrocarbons rise to the surface. A desert-inspired look for these two AquaCat™ dewatering roll-off containers headed to Arizona.

Finished in a custom sand color, these units are loaded for delivery to the jobsite, where they'll provide an efficient, low-maintenance solution for dewatering sludges, slurries, and wet solids.
Designed for flocculation applications, NWPX AquaCat containers feature permanently mounted filter media along the floors and walls, allowing liquid to drain while retaining solids for removal and disposal.
