If you’re a Tampa local, Alessi Bakeries is a name you know. Established in 1912, the beloved bakery and deli has built a loyal customer base for over a century. Expanding into a new location marks an exciting next chapter.

The new space is none other than the iconic Letter Carriers Hall, a venue that has hosted countless memorable events within the Tampa community over the years. WG’s fire protection design-build team had the honor of contributing to this transformation by designing and installing the fire sprinkler system for Alessi’s new home.
