Our offices in Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and Baltimore, are now part of Benesch’s Florida Division. On Friday evening, the River to Sea TPO was recognized with the Outstanding Planning Study Award from the FPZA Surfcoast Chapter for our recently completed Paratransit Service Analysis. Congratulations to Stephan Harris, TPO Transportation Planner-Project Manager and Sarah Goolsby, Project Manager at Tindale Oliver, for their work on this analysis. The Paratransit Service Analysis identifies changes in the transit industry that have had a negative or positive impact on efficiencies in service provisions and on budgets. Tindale Oliver Community Planning Director, Catherine Hartley, will be speaking at the Volusia County Affordable Housing Summit on December 6th from 1 pm – 2:30 p.m. The title of the breakout session is Breaking Down Barriers, Rethinking Zoning. Here, she will be talking about her top ten code edits that reduce the red tape for affordable housing.
