This Wednesday marked Administrative Professionals Day, but at ELEMENT, one day isn’t enough to recognize our Admin Team, who are the true “compass of the office,” guiding everything we do. So, we celebrated all week long!

Throughout the week, the team received fun and personalized gifts, and on Wednesday, we really celebrated with lunch at Columbia Café, followed by a historical boat tour around Tampa, and ended the day with a sweet treat.

ELEMENT showed up in a big way for National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW), especially on Go Orange Day!

With a sea of bright safety gear and great team energy, it was a fun way to come together and show our support. While the week brought plenty of energy, it also serves as an important reminder that every year, thousands of crashes happen in work zones, and too many lives are lost in preventable incidents.

Safety in work zones is a shared responsibility, and one we take personally here at ELEMENT. Our field crews navigate these risks every day, and that experience drives our commitment to safety. We're proud to champion safety awareness not only during this week of recognition, but as a year-round commitment to our coworkers and partners on the roads.

Spring is in full swing, and ELEMENT stepped up to the plate with our second spring family gathering this time at Steinbrenner Field!

Our team and their families enjoyed a great afternoon watching the Tampa Tarpons take on the Bradenton Marauders, complete with good company, ballpark snacks, and plenty of cheering from the stands.

Thank you to everyone who came out to join us and make the afternoon so much fun! Events like this are what make our team so special. Looking forward to the next one!
