Spartek brings your projects to life through precision injection molding, guiding each step from concept to creation.

📝 Design & Prototyping
Every great product begins with a design. Using CAD software, engineers design the product and mold.

🛠️ Mold Creation
A custom mold is crafted from metal, usually steel or aluminum, and precision-engineered to create the desired product.

🧪 Material Selection
Thermoplastic resins are chosen for their durability and flexibility, then prepared for injection.

🔥 Injection
The resin is heated to a liquid state and injected into the mold under high pressure, ensuring it fills all cavities.

❄️ Cooling & Solidification
Once injected, the material cools and solidifies, taking the shape of the mold.

📤 Mold Ejection
After cooling, the newly formed part is ejected from the mold and ready for the next stage.

🔍 Trimming & Inspection
Excess material is trimmed, and the part undergoes quality control checks to meet precise standards.

✨ Secondary Processing & Finishing
If necessary, additional processes such as painting, assembly or surface finishing are performed to complete the product.

📦 Packaging & Dispatch
The finished product is packaged and dispatched, ready to meet its new owner.
