This 94’ Ford Ranger is a missile. With a built 302 Ford and a Paxton supercharger going to a manual gear box it is a powerhouse. We installed the supercharger “kit” that unfortunately was missing a lot of parts. We made a custom belt system for the blower by turning spacers and machining brackets to make the tensioner and idler system work. We then installed a Holley sniper EFI system with a Holley Hyperspark distributor and CDI box. The Hyperspark system allows the Holley EFI to control engine timing electronically. The Holley pulls timing as the blower builds boost. We built out the fuel system with a rising rate regulator and removed a pile of wiring from the engine bay. The exhaust rear section was redone and we did bed side exit exhaust on both sides.

This LS swapped 1971 firebird came to us to have the rear exhaust section built. We removed all the clamps on the front section kit and welded all the joints to prevent leaks. There were a pair of 3” cutouts added to the x pipe followed by the fabrication of the rear section of the exhaust. We really liked the customers choices of tips and mufflers and so did the judges at Yessahbub! as it took best exhaust!

This obs F350 came to us for a header install followed by a full dual 3” exhaust and a retro sound radio install. We went with a pair of 3” Borla Pro XS mufflers for a deep sound but not too loud driving around town.

This 98’ M3 was brought up to us for a post purchase inspection and some preventive maintenance! We did all the common E36 chassis bracing plates for both subframes and rear trailing arms. The steering was all updated to a E46 zhp rack and E46 tie rods. We converted the rubber steering coupler to a universal as well to help with steering feel. The car then received a full custom 4 wheel alignment for track use. We installed a custom set of gauges inside the cluster and in the center console. The gauges in the cluster uses the factory data wiring for the ecu to display anything the computer will output while looking completely oem. Lastly, we resealed the Vanos Vvt and replaced the leaking power steering lines.

This 1986 Toyota blizzard was one of the hardest projects we have done but the results were so worth the effort. Every system in the whole truck has been modified or outright replaced with custom parts and built completely in house.

The blizzard was brought to us after having a major mechanical failure in the drivetrain. The customer sourced a 1997 Toyota 1kz-t and transmission from a European Land Cruiser that is much more modern and makes a lot more power. We built one off engine and trans mounts were made to bolt in the new drivetrain as well as having to cut out a large chunk of the transmission tunnel. The next step was to manual convert the transfer case since the vacuum actuator for 2x4 was going to be inside the frame on the blizzard. The transfer case was split and converted and we did a custom twin stick setup for t-case control. The and trans tunnel were redone to accommodate the much larger drivetrain.

The next hurdle was converting the blizzard chassis from cable clutch to hydraulic for the more modern transmission. We modified the stock clutch peddle and built a custom linkage using a 4runner master cylinder and a custom adapter plate for the firewall. We built a custom downpipe for the turbo and a stainless intake tube that uses the oem blizzard air box.

The engine wiring was a big part of this swap. There are no avail diagrams for either the chassis or the new engine. We built a full custom engine harness that maintained the factory gauges and added dual electric fans. The oem blizzard ac compressor was then reused with the help of a custom machined billet adapter plate. This allowed us to bolt it to the new engine while maintaining the whole stock ac system.

Lastly, we removed the stock triple gauges from the dash board and modified the trim to accept a set of auto-meter gauges to keep an eye on the vitals. We also installed a digital egt display into an unused vent on the drivers side. The result is a truck that looks nearly original that has been resto modded to a much more useable level. The power output increase is substantial and the drive ability is so much better!

Here’s a custom window install we did for a new local food trailer. After the customer supplied the desired window and picked the location we started cutting. We modified the interior frame work and built a support structure to hold up the window frame. We then laid out the location for the folding table and built a support frame for it to be installed. The customer can now finish the build out inside!

The 67’ Chevelle came back for a group of upgrades! We pulled the engine back out to replace the oil pan and paint the block. We removed the original 2 speed power glide transmission and replace it with a refreshed 700R4 with a new stall converter. The 2 speed really neutered the built 350 in the car. We then installed a set of full stainless log tube headers and build a full dual stainless exhaust using borla pro xs mufflers and a slip joint h pipe. We also installed a set of rear lowering spring and fixed up some wiring while we had it.

This 65’ Chevelle was brought to us to install the engine and transmission. It has a built 383 roller motor with a built turbo 350. We installed a power brake setup and made new brake lines with the line lock installed as well. We did some sheetmetal repair to the firewall and then installed the ignition system and distributor. We mounted up the fan shroud and fans to the radiator and got the whole assembly installed into the chassis.

This bagged and LS2 swapped Silverado came to us for some exhaust modification to support its newly added turbo. Kyle built this dual 3” exhaust 8+ years ago when the truck was still naturally aspirated. We built a cross over pipe to attach the drivers header to the passenger turbo manifold. We then modified the rear exhaust section to accept a single 3” downpipe from the turbo kit. The truck put down 600whp on the dyno shortly after we finished the fab work.

This 72’ Suburban was swapped onto a K10 4x4 chassis by the previous owner. It was brought to us to address a bunch of drivability issues and small problems. The brakes were completely unpredictable. We found the master cylinder had failed internally and would randomly not make pressure. After sorting the brakes out we needed to address the clutch being way too hard to use. We removed the factory z bar (mechanical) clutch and built a custom hydraulic system to fix the weird engagement and super heavy peddle feel. We built a full dual stainless exhaust with and h pipe to replace the old rusted steel one. Finally, we did a full tune up on the Holley Sniper EFI. The result was a night and day difference in usability around town.
