Rain is usually welcome in hay fields — unless you just mowed. Here are two options if your hay gets rained on:

🌧️ Bale it as silage and wrap it in plastic to maximize nutrition.
🌧️ Allow the hay to dry and bale it as normal. Just make sure to mark those bales as lower nutrition.
