Unity Power Services is looking for a full-time Service Electrician Level I to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy solving problems in the field, and value professionalism and customer service, we’d love to connect.

In this role, you’ll install, maintain, repair, and test electrical systems and equipment across a variety of projects and environments.

What we’re looking for:
🔧 Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
📋 Familiarity with the National Electrical Code
🤝 Client-first attitude with excellent communication
⚡ Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and verbal instructions
🦺 Commitment to safety, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards
💡 Team-oriented mindset with humble leadership qualities

Responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment
• Coordinating repairs for indoor and outdoor electrical systems
• Working on-site power generators
• Selecting proper materials and planning work layouts
• Maintaining tools and equipment in excellent condition
• Physically performing duties including climbing ladders, lifting over 100 pounds, and working in enclosed spaces

Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Minimum 2 years of electrical installation experience
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to pass a background check

It began in the mid-1990s and is supported by state governors as the electrical industry matured and safety standards like the NEC and NFPA 70E were developed.

It still matters today because electrical risk does not disappear just because buildings and technology get newer.

2 master electricians, a journeyman and an apprentice enter a job site… ⚡

This is not the beginning of a joke, it’s any given workday at UPS.

We are grateful to have such an expert team leading us at UPS and delivering the highest levels of service to our customers. 🤝
