We’re to share that James McDonald, Director of Union Labor Relations, was unanimously elected by his peers to serve on the North American Contractors Association (NACA) Board of Directors.

James’ appointment reflects the deep expertise and leadership Day & Zimmermann brings to labor relations across the union construction industry. His experience building strong partnerships between contractors, labor organizations, and project owners continues to strengthen how we support safe, efficient, and successful project ex*****on for our customers.
