They say everything's bigger in Texas, and 96" diameter pipe doesn't fit on just any truck.

This is why we picked up the PC650. You can't offload something this size with a 360. Our crew in Wylie is moving sections like this all week on the ARCO Murray project.

It's one of those jobs where the scale of the work reminds you why we invest in the right iron and the right people to run it.

If you like working on projects where the equipment matches the scope, let's talk. We're hiring operators and field engineers in Texas and across our footprint.

Over the weekend we had multiple crews out across the Midwest and down into Texas—helping a long-time “wet industry” customer get their fire loop back online, and supporting a newer data center partner as they brought a new facility we helped build into service. When the call comes, our guys do what they always do: grab their gear and go.

Why? Because we don’t treat people like headcount, we treat them like partners. The culture here is simple: we win together, we suffer together, and nobody’s too important to jump in a trench or stay late to get a customer back online. We’re not perfect and don’t pretend to be, but the way our teams respond to last‑minute weekend work says more about this place than any slogan ever could.

We work hard, we play hard, and we’re growing—locally and across the region, especially in Texas, Arizona, and Georgia. If this sounds like your kind of environment—whether you’re an individual looking for a team with some backbone, or a business owner thinking about succession and wanting your people taken care of—we should talk. Think you’ve got the same mindset our crew brings every day?

Memorial Day weekend. Our crew is on-site at an industrial wastewater treatment facility — because something came up and we responded.

That’s the design-builder difference. We own it.

Bad things happen in life. It’s how you respond that defines you. These guys didn’t blink — holiday weekend or not.

Thank you to everyone who showed up today. You didn’t have to, but you did — and that means everything.

If this is your kind of work, we should talk.

Apparently “spring” in the Midwest now means welding 16" forcemain in the rain and digging mud trenches up to your knees.

These shots are from our 2023 Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion – Bid Package 3 for the City of South Sioux City, NE: new suction lift station, rehabbed satellite lift stations, and miles of 16" and 24" PVC forcemain going in by both open cut and trenchless methods. The photos pretty much sum it up: big green pipe, bigger drill head, and our awesome crews and subs.

We’ve got projects like this running all over the upper and lower Midwest right now, and as the weather finally starts to cooperate, you’ll be seeing more work popping up closer to home too. If this looks like your idea of a good day at work, we should talk.

One of our first RP jobs was helping another prime on I‑29 for the Iowa DOT, laying roadway and storm sewer pipe. Now we’re back on I‑29 at the Onawa interchange with PCI… apparently we didn’t learn our lesson the first time.

Same recipe: concrete pipe, wide‑open fields, wind trying to steal every piece of paper on site, and our crews doing what they’ve done since day one. We’re not “pivoting our core verticals,” we’re putting in storm sewer and building a company that makes money, does good work, and keeps adding tools to the toolbox.

When it makes sense, we stick to our roots. When it doesn’t, we still keep the same people and mentality. If that sounds like your kind of circus, you know where to find us.

Safety isn't a checkbox for us. Every single person on our crew needs to go home the same way they showed up. That's non-negotiable.

Here's our guys down in Texas prepping for a permitted confined space entry. You don't just walk into a confined space. There's a full pre-entry protocol — gas monitoring, harness and retrieval system setup, attendant stationed topside, permit signed and in hand. We run through all of it every time, no shortcuts.

We have a full-time safety manager on staff whose only job is keeping our crews and job sites safe. Not a part-time hat, not something we outsource — full time, on the ground.

The work matters. The people doing it matter more.

Boots Dirty or Desk Duty?

Wylie, Texas 📍
North Texas Municipal Water District | Working with ARCO/Murray

Some engineers are built for the office…
Others are built for this. 👇

Not afraid to jump in the trench........even if it is 25-ft deep!

The guy throwing the thumbs up? He’s one of ours—a young engineer and Assistant Project Manager who’s not afraid to trade the desk for the field. In fact, our foremen are already joking about stealing him for QA/QC work.

At RP Constructors, we don’t just design it—we build it. Our engineers are wired differently. They understand how things actually go together in the real world because they’re out here living it.

If you’re the kind of person who:
✔️ Wants to see your work come to life
✔️ Doesn’t mind getting your boots dirty
✔️ Likes the idea that no two days look the same

…we should talk.

We’re growing—and always looking for:
• Project Managers
• Project Engineers
• Construction Managers
• Foremen
• Underground Utility Professionals (operators, pipe layers, laborers)
• Pipefitters & Welders
• Plumbers
• Vac Truck Operators & Camera Truck Operators

Whether you’re working somewhere else and ready for something different—or even a company owner thinking about the next chapter—we’d love to connect.
