Last month, our team completed a three‑week-long above water and underwater structural inspection of waterfront facilities at a port in Alaska. The team operated in challenging fall conditions, including 30‑foot tidal fluctuations, strong currents, and zero‑visibility (“black water”) diving in America's last frontier. Despite these constraints, the inspection was successfully executed, providing essential data on structural integrity, deterioration mechanisms, and required maintenance actions.

The best part of a Top Workplaces survey? Hearing directly from the people who make Marine Solutions what it is.

Flexibility, support, and a shared investment in where we’re headed. This employee comment says a lot about the kind of workplace we want to continue building. And when the recognition comes directly from employee feedback, it means that much more.
