Yesterday, Erica Weeks, Paladin’s Director of Green Building Certifications, presented “LEED v5: Specs are Where the Magic Happens” at the CSI Nashville Chapter Luncheon, sharing insights on material transparency, specification strategies, workflows, and coordination requirements within LEED v5.

As continues to roll out across the industry, conversations around documentation, product data, and early team coordination are becoming increasingly important to successful project delivery.

David Burks, our Vice President and Building Enclosure Specialist, was at Berea College early in the morning, testing before the sun came up, to verify curtain wall performance.

Working at this hour makes it possible to accommodate occupancy and client needs while still capturing the conditions required for accurate testing.

We’re honored to introduce the recipient of the annual Paladin Building Sciences Scholarship through Kentucky Community & Technical College System — Joshaun Brown.

Joshaun is pursuing a path toward becoming a licensed architect, with the goal of contributing to meaningful projects that positively transform both physical spaces and the communities around them.

When asked about his journey, he shared:
“I attribute my continued educational journey to the leading and direction of God. Without Him, I’m not sure I would have continued pursuing a degree. He led me here.”
