Aery Aviation, LLC is expanding in South Florida! ✈️

We’re growing our charter and aircraft management operations with a new base at Fontainebleau Aviation at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL).

Our Cirrus Vision Jet is available for charter now, with a Gulfstream G200 expected to join the operation in late November following exterior paint and interior refurbishment.

This expansion strengthens our ability to serve customers throughout Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the surrounding region, while creating new opportunities for aircraft owners and charter partners.

We’re excited about what’s ahead for Aery in South Florida.

Modernizing legacy aircraft does not always require a new airframe or a years-long avionics upgrade.

A new Defense.info interview with Mike Twyman, Chief Strategy Officer at Integrity Defense Solutions, Inc. (IDS), examines Obsidian Shield, a modular pod designed to bring legacy aircraft into modern networked operations.

Aery Aviation is supporting IDS on the program, bringing our aircraft integration, modification, engineering, and certification experience to the effort. The article looks at how the open-architecture, export-tailorable design can help integrate existing aircraft into coalition networks while reducing the time and complexity associated with traditional aircraft modifications.

Aery Aviation at the Miramar Airshow ✈️

Aery Aviation brought a Learjet 35 to MCAS Miramar for the September 25–27 Miramar Airshow, showcasing our HEEWJ support for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps.

Aery pilots David Lievanos “Brock” and Joshua Kaplan “Lisp” flew the aircraft from NAS North Island, while Joshua Falgoust “Shakespeare", Robert MacCulloch “Mac” and Ahola “Narco” represented Aery at the static display.

The team connected with thousands of attendees, answered questions about Aery and career opportunities, and engaged with military units exploring how our aircraft can support their training requirements.

Another great weekend connecting our team, aircraft and capabilities with the aviation community.

The FAA has withdrawn in its entirety the proposed $15.7 million civil penalty issued to Aery Aviation in December 2025 as there was no finding of violation and no civil penalty will be assessed in this matter. The matter is closed.

Aery contested the proposed action from the beginning and maintained that it did nothing wrong. We presented the facts and evidence supporting our position through the FAA’s administrative process.

We are proud of our employees for remaining focused on safe, compliant operations and exceptional customer support throughout this process. We appreciate the continued confidence of our customers, government partners, suppliers, lenders, insurers, and the broader aviation community.

Aery respects the FAA’s aviation-safety mission and appreciates the agency’s consideration of the case and evidence presented.
