We have upgraded! This week/weekend we replaced our old noisy compressors with a newly upgraded 25 hp, 100cfm, screw compressor and a new dryer. We also replaced all of our old air lines with new rapid air lines throughout the shop. This should help us move forward as we need to add machines as needed, and as we go for the future years. We shouldn’t have to worry about being light on air pressure in the near future.

CNC Machinist / Operator (MAZATROL)
Location: Neenah, WI
Job Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift, 4 day work week

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a role in a modern, air-conditioned facility with a team-oriented culture? Join our growing manufacturing team and contribute to producing high-quality, precision-machined components for a wide range of industries.

We are seeking a motivated, experienced machinist or operator who is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining our high standards for quality and safety. We offer a positive work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC Mazak veritical machining center.

Read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and perform making parts to print.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications
Prior experience as a CNC Machinist or Operator in a job shop or manufacturing environment.

Able to lift 50 lbs minimum

Experience with precision measuring equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
