Starting next year for the auction. There will be no changes in the commission rates. However there will be a change to the 10 percent buyers premium. The $500 per item, $750 per buyer maximum cap will only apply to titled vehicles and trailers, and farm equipment that is exempt, but only for farmers that have a PA exemption form on file with me BEFORE sale day.
