Job Title: Yard Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Laborer to join our limestone mining operation. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient yard environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and can perform physically demanding tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general yard maintenance, including cleaning and organizing materials
Load and unload tools and equipment
Operate Heavy Equipment and tools safely
Support heavy equipment operators as needed
Maintain clear and safe work areas
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform routine inspections of tools and report any issues
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in construction, mining, or outdoor labor is a plus
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Work Environment:
Outdoor setting with exposure to dust, noise, and heavy machinery
Physical labor including standing, lifting, shoveling
