High Speed Punching - RuMar Manufacturing has taken advantage of the Trumpf Trumatic 5000 Rotation technology. This hightech machine combines numerous innovations and practice-based solutions for sheet metal fabrication. These highly productive machines enable rapid turnaround of parts requiring contouring, perforating, louvers, extrusions and tapping. Laser Technology - State-of-the-art technology provides our customers with the maximum fabrication latitude for the future. Our ability to be flexible to changing fabrication demands becomes your advantage. Presently RuMar employs laser systems, featuring a Trumpf® Flexible Manufacturing System. Our fully integrated CNC rotary axis chuck permits the cutting of round, square and rectangular shaped tubes. Equipment Capabilities
(1) 1,800 watt laser, 60x120, 3/8 mild steel, with CNC integrated rotary chuck to handle up to 12 diameter round tubing.(1) 3,500 watt laser, 80x160, 7/8 mild steel, with CNC integrated rotary chuck to handle up to 12 diameter round tubing. (2) 3,000 watt lasers, 60x120, 3/4 mild steel, 3/8 stainless steel, 3/8 aluminum with FMS tower system. Press Brakes - Precision CNC controlled press brakes with 8 axis back gauging along with a large selection of “New Standard” tooling, teamed with skilled craftsmen, dominate the most challenging forming requirements. Robotic Welding - High speed state-of-the-art 6 axis robots combined with “Ferris wheel” and turntable style positioners allow RuMar to process a large variety of parts in various sizes and configurations. Production Sawing - Our state-of-the-art, high performance KBR-460-NA Kaltenbach Bandsaw System combines sound machine design with modern and efficient components.
