It's about more than holding the tube in place. Welding helps secure the tube against movement from thermal expansion and contraction. It also creates a path for heat to transfer from the exposed tube end to the tube sheet, helping prevent overheating and cracking.

A look back at one of the more exciting deliveries in WARE history.

When a Canadian oil refinery needed two 60-ton rental boilers fast, getting them there by truck or rail could have taken five weeks or more. So the WARE team found another way: fly them there.

An Antonov 124, one of the world’s largest cargo aircraft, was brought in to transport both boilers. The fit was so tight that one boiler cleared the inside of the aircraft by just 1ÂŒ inches. 👀

From the initial call to delivery, the entire job came together in just five days. The branding may have changed since this photo was taken, but the mentality hasn’t: Figure it out. Get it there. Keep the customer running. đŸ”„
