Back-to-back baby!

That’s right! In addition to ranking as one of Louisville's Best Places to Work for a third year in a row, this time earning #4 in the 25-49 employee category, Mindel Scott also took home the gold (or megaphone, technically) for the Spirit Award for a second year in a row!

Thank you so much to Louisville Business First for hosting such a wonderful gathering. We can't wait to try for the three-peat next year! 😎

From co-op to full-time!
After completing three co-op rotations with us, Miles has officially graduated from the University of Louisville and joined Mindel Scott as a Project Engineer I.
We're thrilled to have him on the team and look forward to seeing his continued success. Help us welcome Miles to this exciting new chapter!

We're excited to see the announcement of the new $25 million Regional Law Enforcement Training Center coming to Middletown, Kentucky. This important investment in public safety will provide law enforcement agencies throughout Kentuckiana with access to high-quality, hands-on training closer to home, helping strengthen preparedness and regional collaboration.

Last week, we had the pleasure of enjoying beautiful weather at the WCRE Day at the Track at Churchill Downs!

Women in Commercial Real Estate (WCRE) brings together professionals from across the real estate industry, as well as the design, development, and engineering sectors. We couldn't have asked for better company as we spent the day networking, connecting, and enjoying the excitement of the track.

Thank you to WCRE Louisville for hosting such a wonderful event, we're already looking forward to the next one!

We had a great time attending the 2026 Metropolitan Housing Coalition Annual Meeting Dinner at Mellwood Art Center!
It was a wonderful evening spent connecting with others who care deeply about our community and its future. We also enjoyed hearing from keynote speaker Brian Goldstone and learning more about the important conversations surrounding housing in our region.
Thank you to the Metropolitan Housing Coalition for putting on another great event. We're grateful for opportunities to learn, connect, and engage with others who are helping shape the future of our region.

To celebrate National Paper Airplane Day, Mindel Scott held an office-wide distance contest, and competition got turbulent! ✈️

Big congrats to Ethan for taking home the title of longest distance flown, winning a Chick-fil-A gift card and bragging rights until next year’s championship! 👑🏆

Our office is closed today as we take time to reflect and honor those who served.

Yesterday, members of our Administrative and Planning/Landscape Architecture teams attended the Parklands of Floyds Fork Luncheon as a proud table sponsor.
This is an event we look forward to every year, and we’re honored to support a program dedicated to inclusion, community, and getting kids outdoors to experience and enjoy our parks and natural spaces.
