Exciting things are happening at Western Kentucky University, and we are proud to be part of the team. WKU's new housing project, Elevate WKU, is officially underway, marking the beginning of a major shift in how the university houses students on campus.

Great projects start with great people - and it's even better when we get to spend time together outside the office.

Our annual summer picnic brought together the Kerr-Greulich team and our families for an afternoon of food, games, laughter, and time to connect. We're grateful for the people who make KGEI such a great place to work and for the families who support us every day.

UofL Health's $186 million West Tower was named Louisville Business First's Commercial Real Estate Project of the Year. The seven-story tower, which opened in December 2025, added 98 beds, six operating rooms, and new inpatient space to UofL Hospital.

The new tower's tight downtown site beside an active hospital required creativity from the whole design and construction team. For example, because there wasn’t room near the tower for critical equipment, our team placed generators and paralleling gear on the opposite side of the property, routing over 700 feet of conduit around the existing hospital, 30 feet below grade, and through underground structures to reach the electric room.
