This spring has been off to a busy start! Here’s just a sample of some of the equipment we’ve recently had in the yard for various diagnostics and repairs. Repairs included replacing blown hoses, servicing cylinders, plumbing attachments, and replacing components such as valves, pumps, and motors.

From tractors and excavators to dump trucks, forklifts, firewood processors, and more — we appreciate the opportunity to keep your equipment up and running.

As we head into the holiday weekend, we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.

Please note our Memorial Day Weekend hours:

Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – Noon
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

While the shop will be officially closed Sunday and Monday, we will be in and out throughout the weekend. If an emergency comes up, please don’t hesitate to give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.

As costs continue to fluctuate, we’ve been receiving more calls asking for “ballpark” pricing over the phone. We’d like to take a moment to reiterate our estimate policy.

Every hydraulic repair is different. The extent of wear or damage often can’t be determined until the component is disassembled and inspected in person. Seal costs, steel pricing, machining requirements, and internal damage can vary significantly from one repair to the next.

Because of this, we do not provide repair estimates over the phone.

Our goal is to provide accurate, honest estimates based on the actual condition of your component — not guesses or assumptions. The last thing we want is to quote a number over the phone that ends up being inaccurate once the repair is fully inspected.

We are happy to provide FREE estimates once your component is brought into the shop. After inspection, we will contact you with repair options and pricing before any work is completed. If you choose not to proceed for any reason we are happy to return the parts at no charge.

This Hitachi excavator stick cylinder came in with a cracked barrel. The customer had temporarily welded the crack to keep things moving, but the leak returned shortly after.

After disassembly, we also found the rod was scored, corroded, and beyond serviceable condition.

To complete the repair, we re-sealed the cylinder, machined a new barrel and rod, and welded the original barrel mount onto the new barrel before final assembly and fitment.

Another cylinder repaired and back in the field!

Before and after of a damaged gland and internal piston from a snowmobile groomer.

Excessive wear had compromised the sealing surfaces and overall performance. We manufactured these new components in-house to precise tolerances to restore proper fit and function.

Now it’s ready to get back on the machine and back on the trails!
