We were proud to welcome the Little Chute Robotics Club to ATCAM for a behind-the-scenes look at how we tackle critical repair and remanufacturing challenges for manufacturers across North America.

This paper industry roll is being repaired on one of our Niles lathes using ATCAM’s Dimensional Restoration process—undercutting the worn bearing area, applying thermal spray coating, and machining back to OEM specifications.

These repairs often last longer than the original surface and can save customers thousands of dollars versus replacement, helping get equipment back in service faster. ⚙️

Machining a new barrel section in-house on our HNK horizontal boring mill.

Big parts require big capabilities.

This large mixing blade came to ATCAM for repair. Using our thermal coating restoration process, we rebuilt the worn surfaces before machining it back to specification on our Milltronics lathe.

Instead of replacing expensive equipment, restoration can extend the life of critical components and keep operations running.
