ATCAM's safety surface coatings can be applied to a wide variety of parts, including catwalks, machine platforms, steps, and round, square, or trench-style floor drain covers.

Every application is unique, so we work with the shape and configuration of each part to ensure the coating is applied exactly where it's needed. If there are surfaces that shouldn't be coated, we can mask them off to keep those areas clean and protected. Our attention to detail and commitment to quality ensure every finished part meets the performance and durability our customers expect.

We were proud to welcome the Little Chute Robotics Club to ATCAM for a behind-the-scenes look at how we tackle critical repair and remanufacturing challenges for manufacturers across North America.

Students toured our facility, watched robotic thermal spray systems in action, explored precision machining operations, and learned how engineering expertise and skilled craftsmanship work together to deliver quality beyond the surface™.
