A speed reading like this tells the story.

Traffic enforcement is about more than issuing citations—it is about preventing crashes, serious injuries and lives lost. We’re proud to see Kustom Signals technology supporting Liverpool Highway Patrol officers as they work to keep New South Wales roads safer.

Thank you to the officers who remain vigilant on every shift.

Liverpool Highway Patrol officers detected this Mercedes-Benz GLC300 travelling at 75 km/h over the posted speed limit. When stopped and spoken to by police, the 19 year-old driver maintained “I wasn't speeding.”

The driver was issued a Traffic Infringement Notice for exceeding the speed limit by more than 45 km/h while holding a P2 licence, which was immediately suspended until April 2027.

The consequences of speeding extend far beyond a fine or licence suspension. In New South Wales alone, speeding contributes to 42% of all road fatalities and 25% of serious injuries each year.

GM Authority recently shared a story about an Arizona traffic stop involving a Chevrolet Camaro, and something in the photo caught our eye. 👀
