Equipment Preference, Inc. (EPI Kitchen) and Burlis Lawson Group Announce Merger, Expanding Commercial Foodservice Presence Across the Midwest

EPI, a leading commercial foodservice equipment rep, today announced the completion of a merger agreement with Burlis-Lawson Group (BLG), a well-established foodservice rep headquartered in Lenexa, Kansas. The merger unites two respected organizations and extends EPI’s footprint into Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Southern Illinois. The combined company will leverage EPI's operational systems and infrastructure alongside BLG's decades of regional expertise and deep manufacturer, consultant, dealer and end-user relationships.
