Fresh until you’re ready.

You put the work in. Why let freezer burn take away from it?

The JVR Vac310 Chamber Vacuum Sealer helps you protect the food you’re saving for later like fresh-picked produce, food ready for the BBQ, or precooked meals. Seal it now and enjoy it when you’re ready.

A reliable vacuum seal helps keep air out and helps protect your food from freezer burn, so you can spend less time worrying about what’s in the freezer and more time enjoying it.

And with the JVR Vac310 Chamber Vacuum Sealer you have the larger chamber capacity you need to handle bigger batches.

Fresh today. Sealed for later.

What would you fill your Vac310 with?

Sealing beef? The JVR Vac100 makes it easy to package ground beef for the freezer, but a few simple steps can make a big difference:

🔹Don’t overfill the pouch. Leave enough room at the top for a clean, reliable seal.

🔹Keep the seal area clean and dry. Keep grease, juices, or food particles away from the seal area to create a strong seal.

🔹To keep the mouth of the pouch clean, simply fold the mouth of the bag out of the way, throw in your product, unfold the mouth of the pouch, and seal.

🔹Use filler plates to raise your beef closer to the seal bar. This will help prevent wrinkles that will affect your seal.

🔹Your pouch thickness determines your seal time. 1.8 seconds for 3 mil, 2.0 seconds for 4 mil, or 2.2 seconds for 5 mil.

🔹We recommend 4 mil or higher when freezing products for increased puncture resistance to help protect your pouch and prevent leaks.

🔹Flatten your ground beef after sealing. A flatter package stacks easier in the freezer and can also make thawing more convenient.

🔹Let the Vac100 do the work. A chamber vacuum sealer removes air from around the entire pouch before sealing, helping create a tight, professional package.

The Vac100 makes it simple to turn a pile of ground beef into compact, freezer-ready packages.

Big performance. Small footprint.

Not everyone has room for a giant vacuum sealer taking up half the counter. That’s why we built the Vac100.

At just 8.3 inches tall with the lid closed, it fits under virtually any cupboard so you can keep it ready to go without giving up valuable workspace.

And there’s another little detail that makes a big difference: when the vacuum stops, the lid stays where it is. No automatic springing open. Just lift it to the height you want and get to work.

From sealing your harvest, homemade sausage, leftovers, or meal-prep, the Vac100 is built to work around you and not the other way around.

Compact. Convenient. Built for real life.

What would you seal first with a Vac100?

You could say it was the other way around…

Know your machine. Know what you’re talking about.

If you run, maintain, or are looking to buy a rollstock thermoformer, understanding the major components can make a big difference.

When a salesman starts talking about forming stations, seal stations, vacuum systems, or other major components, you should know exactly what they’re talking about.

The more you know about your equipment, the harder it is to be talked over.

We put together a guide breaking down the major components of a rollstock thermoformer so you can learn what each part does and why it matters.

When we ship a machine, we know it works.

Every single VacSeries chamber vacuum sealer we send out gets inspected by hand.

We check for a full vacuum. We check for leaks. We test the controls. We inspect the hoses and wiring. And more!

Anything that doesn’t make the cut gets fixed before it goes out the door.

Because when you’re packaging your own harvest, processing a deer, stocking the freezer, or running a production floor, you need a machine you can count on.

That’s why we’ve been, testing, servicing, and supporting vacuum packaging equipment since 1972.

We don’t just send it. We test it.

What matters most to you when buying a vacuum sealer: reliability, vacuum strength, or ease of use?
