Lance valves, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial valves, is looking for an inside sales representative to build on existing customer relationships to grow sales.
Job Description
This is primarily a sales growth focused position. It requires calling on existing customers and new leads to build relationships and to find opportunities to sell additional Lance products.
Very little cold calling required.
Provide customer sales support by responding to emails, phone calls for pricing, delivery and other requests as needed.
This is a ground floor opportunity to start building out or sales staff. With the right candidate and continued success, this could eventually lead to an outside sales position and/or sales manager position.
Requirements:
Some industrial sales or related experience preferred but will consider all applicants as this is a ground floor type opportunity.
Full time or part time applicants will be considered.
Can work for home with periodic visits to the office.
Must be outgoing and have and engaging personality.
Can presents competence and intelligence.
Be pleasantly persistence with customers & handles rejection well.
Computer skills to learn email, CRM and order entry system.
Compensation:
Fixed Compensation + Commissions. Commissions are uncapped.
Reimbursement for expenses as needed.
Heath insurance and other benefits negotiable can be negotiated.
