Earlier this week, our interns had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from one of our application specialists in HammerHead University. In Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Jon Haas had a vision. Create an innovative earth-piercing tool. With the help of his friend and engineer Rob Crane and fellow engineer, Steve Wentworth, they founded HammerHead Trenchless. Together, they designed what would be known as the HammerHead Mole® .

Later, HammerHead expanded and evolved into other trenchless products. Their continuous product expansion and company growth led them to a new facility in 2014. Now located only ~30 minutes away, in Lake Mills, WI.

What started with three friends in a converted chicken coop, is now 136,500 sq ft. facility with 125 employees.
