In 2018, our team designed and built a custom power bar press machine for one of our customers — a challenging project that became a huge success.
Fast forward to today, and that same machine has now logged over 2 million cycles. That level of reliability speaks volumes about our engineering strength, attention to detail, and collaboration across our team.

Even better, the story continues: the customer has reached out again — this time for a new machine with advanced automation. Building on past success is what drives our innovation forward.

We’re excited to share a major upgrade to our machining capabilities at Chapter 2.

Our shop floor now includes a DN Solutions America NHP 5000 Horizontal Machining Center — paired with a Rotary Pallet System and a 120-station Automatic Tool Changer.

This machine expands both our capacity and capability — enabling faster changeovers, more stable machining, and consistent quality on demanding parts.

We’re excited for what this means for our customers and the projects ahead.

When a custom, one-of-a-kind press failed, our client faced the choice: replace it for millions or modernize. They chose the latter. In just 14 weeks, our team took this underperforming, troubleshooting nightmare of a press and retrofitted into a fine tuned machine.

• Standardization on Rockwell Automation for future-proofing and easier maintenance.
• New 15-inch HMI for vastly improved operator experience.
• Implementation of GuardLogix PLC to achieve current ANSI/OSHA safety compliance.
• Hitting a rapid 5.5-second cycle time target.
