Whoa!!! Its not even July yet!! Why does Grace put out snow blowers so early???? Lawn mowing season feels like it has barely started!!!

Answer: We want everyone who comes in for lawn service to know we are here to help for the next season, not just your current needs today.

Also, this is just a fraction of what we will have this upcoming season. We take a lot of pride in being well stocked and having the most popular items on hand the best we can!!

These mowers are celebrating their first birthday at Grace Small Engine! While they are celebrating, we are working to find them new homes!

We are trying something new here. When people are looking for zero turn deals, we created a section of mowers and put in a specific spot that we will discount in the store, in the hopes of finding these mowers a forever home.

I cant advertise these prices, but we will discount these mowers past the lowest advertised price and will work out a deal that is fair for everyone. All these mowers have never been used and will have full warranty.

These mowers are great no doubt, but for us selling the lawn mower is the easy part. We do whatever we can to help you AFTER the sale through parts, service department, and warranty administration.

We have had a couple interesting things come through our service department this week.

A lot of times the cheaper option is not the better option. The details of units are being kept confidential, we dont want to embarrass anyone. However, we are hoping to be helpful.

Unit #1.

This was a unit we gave to a scrapper a few years ago (not our normal scrap person)looking for parts for a certain machine. It needed significant engine repairs and could not drive up an incline. We had a detailed conversation with the original customer initially and the customer decided that it was time to move it on and get a new unit. Well unfortunately this unit was "refurbished" and resold. Unfortunately the same original complaints remain and we had to have this same conversation again after we were called to help.

Unit #2. This unit was serviced by a guy who works out of his garage in a highly populated area. There was a problem with the brakes and his solution was to delete the brake system entirely. Well it continued to have drive system issues and we need to completely rebuild the brake system before we can even figure out what's going on with it.

Let reputable folks work on your stuff. I wont pretend to tell you that we get it right every single time and things occasionally need to be reviewed again. But we will never, ever do these types of things. In the case of a refurbished unit, Grace Small Engine will offer a warranty on these used items for 30 to 60 days depending on the unit up to the purchase price of the unit. We will not sell it unless the unit does all the things it was originally intended to do, in the same fashion.

We take the role of being good stewards to our customers. These machines are far to expensive and far too dangerous to not be working correctly.

This kit retails for $129.99. You can buy them by us, or at your typical farm supply or hardware store for a similar price.

Its the most expensive way to buy your own tuneup parts. Most of the time, Grace Small Engine can build this same kit for your engine with the same OEM parts we stock in store for around $65 to $70.

We will be closed on Memorial Day, 5/25/26. We encourage everyone to take a moment on Monday to pause and pray for the families missing a member due to their sacrifice for the safety and peace of our country. May God bless you and heal your broken hearts.

When your lawn mower shop is also a nature preserve. 😀 I havent been able to count how many babies are in the nest, but Mom and Dad are both around caring for their little family. 😍 It's the little things in life. ❤️

Cindy and I are pleased to announce the internal promotion of Sam Schwartz to Service Manager. Sam has been with us since 2024 and has done very well.

Sam is a 2014 Graduate of Lakeside Lutheran High School right here from Lake Mills.

From 2015 to 2021 Sam served our country in the Air Force.

Since Sam has worked for us, he has done just about every job here and has picked it up very quickly. He is a certified tech in Kawasaki engines and is also certified in Ariens/Gravely.

Sam has earned the honor and respect of the Stillman family through his faithful work, and his ability to serve people. We are very blessed to have him here. This is a position we were very selective with because he most likely will be managing our kids too. When Corey and Cindy are not here, he is the man in charge of the whole operation.

Congrats Sam!!!
