Mississippi River multi species guide service. Targeting Giant river Walleyes and everything in between. Pool 3, 4, 5, Lake Pepin, Walleye, Perch, Sauger, Pike.

Here at Luhmann's River Guiding I offer guided fishing trips on pools 3 and 4 on the Mississippi river. I have over 20 years of river experience and am on the water constantly searching for fish and staying on the bite using various techniques. I target walleyes, saugers, crappie and northern pike. I am a USCG certified captains and am fully insured. Half day and full day trips are offered. Half day rates are 4 hours and full day trips are 8 hours.
1-2 people for half day is $350 and for 3 people $400.
1-2 people for a full day is $450 and for 3 people $500
I require a deposit of $100 to hold your date. No refund on your deposit, but a reschedule date can be made within the same year if scheduling allows in the event that the day booked needs to be canceled. This is a fully guided trip. I provide all of the fishing equipment and everything needed. Also will clean the catch at the end of the day. Things you will need to bring with you are...
- Your appropriate fishing license
- Sunglasses and sunscreen
- A cooler and ice to take your catch home
- Clothing for the weather and possibly rain gear
- Don't forget the camera to take pictures of your catch and to capture your memories
- Snacks or food you wish to bring for the day on the water

I hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend!!
I ventured over to Lake Michigan to chase some King Salmon with my wife and a few friends. We had a blast! The weather was interesting, but we made the best of it and got to listen to the drags on the PENN Fishing reels sing.

The rawler and bladed rawler are great baits to put a lot of fish in the boat. You can blind cast, use with forward facing sonar or even troll these baits. A great variety of sizes and colors for a wide range of depths.
Thread on a gulp crawler or use a live night crawler.

Georgie got herself a dandy Lake Pepin Walleye. This is the biggest of several she cranked it. The fish are hungry the weather is great. Only May 19 and 20 is available for the month. June 1 and 2 are available. Let's get out and do some fishing!
