Newest Member to LHN, though his is no longer “new” I keep forgetting to post him. Please help me in welcoming New Chapter Home Inspections to LHN!

Tim brings a unique blend of hands-on experience, deep industry knowledge and a commitment to service in every inspection he performs.

With years in the rental property business, Tim has spent countless hours maintaining and managing homes, developing a sharp eye for structural integrity and potential issues. He comes from a family of seasoned contractors who passed down their skills and trades, giving him a solid foundation in construction and home systems. Before transitioning into home inspections, Tim built over a decade of customer service experience, making him approachable, communicative and client-focused. Now taking his field knowledge, industry training and licence and many specialty certifications he is dedicated to helping home buyers and sellers.

Tim is passionate about helping clients feel confident in one of life’s biggest investments starting their new chapter with peace of mind.
